Full-Stack Developer

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

We’re looking for an experienced Full?Stack Developer to join our team. In this position, you’ll work closely with a global group of engineers to develop micro?component layers across both backend and frontend systems, with a strong emphasis on hands?on Java and Spring Boot development.

Role Responsibilities

• Partner with architects and team members to design, prototype, and deliver software solutions, including managing integrations, interfaces, and data components.

• Participate in code reviews, support debugging efforts, and contribute directly to project deliverables.

• Apply and help refine established architectural guidelines, technology standards, and development best practices across applications, middleware, and databases.

• Take ownership of assigned tasks—driving analysis, development, and testing to completion, often working across multiple technical teams.

• Use strong analytical skills to understand business requirements before beginning design or development work.

Required Experience

• 7+ years of professional development experience

• Strong background in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful services

• Proficiency with Oracle or another relational database system

• Experience working with microservices architecture, scalable/resilient systems, and workflow?driven designs (preferred)

Preferred Skills

• Frontend experience with Angular, React, or JavaScript

• Exposure to Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, HBase, Spark, or Hive

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and common SDLC tools (Maven, Jenkins, Git)

• Experience with testing frameworks including JUnit, Selenium, Mockito, or Cucumber
