eNGINE is hiring a skilled Informatica professional to join a major data modernization initiative. This role will be approximately 70% Informatica development and 30% Informatica administration, working primarily within Oracle environments and integrating across multiple data platforms.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver with hands-on experience building and supporting large-scale ETL workflows, deep familiarity with PowerCenter and PowerExchange, and a solid understanding of enterprise database concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support ETL workflows and data integration processes using Informatica PowerCenter and PowerExchange
• Perform Informatica administration tasks, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and performance tuning
• Integrate diverse data sources including Oracle, mainframe VSAM/Db2, and Salesforce
• Expose Informatica workflows as web services through Web Services Hub (WSH)
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries leveraging advanced SQL functions
• Debug and resolve ETL and data integration issues efficiently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs
• Document requirements, workflows, and architecture to support maintainability and transparency across teams
• Participate in environment upgrades, migrations, and optimizations as part of ongoing modernization initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica ETL development and administration
• Proven expertise in PowerCenter and PowerExchange
• Strong understanding of database integration concepts across Oracle, mainframe, and Salesforce
• Ability to write, analyze, and tune complex SQL queries
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and implement business requirements in technical solutions
• Experience working in large, collaborative teams with diverse technical stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills — able to clearly explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS Glue or other cloud-based ETL tools
• Experience migrating on-prem Informatica environments to Informatica Cloud
• Background in financial services, banking, or mortgage-backed securities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
