CAREER CONNECTOR

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Conduct electronic research online through websites and LinkedIn to formulate a preplan of candidates to contact 
• Utilizing MS Excel and/or custom CRM, data Entry and Daily Documentation  
• On an as needed basis, cold and warm Scripted Outreach to Potential Professional Job Candidates 
• Ask Abstract Questions and Infer/Analyze trends from conversations 
• Work within a Project Management Environment 

•  Training Program with On-the-Job Training Ongoing basis 

Expectations: 

• KPI objectives and Results-based Management Structure 
• Full time, Monday – Friday, 8:30a- 5:30p  

Experience & Requirements: 

• Preferred - Demonstrated prior work experience in a B2B or B2C work experience executing marketing or consumer research projects that further demonstrate project deliverables, personal decision making and working cross-functionally with other managers or departments 
• A must have of this position is a direct communication style with a desire to speak very regularly amongst peers and senior management.?  
• Customer Service, Market Research and/or Inside Sales Experience 
• Conceptual Sales or Service Business Experience Desired 
• Microsoft Office Experience 

• Database (CRM) Experience, Documentation is crucial
