Our client is looking for a self-driven, detail-oriented Account Executive to support and execute strategic marketing initiatives for a diverse group of clients. This is a dynamic, developmental role with meaningful exposure, hands-on experience, and room to grow alongside a collaborative, experienced team. What You’ll Do

• Coordinating client projects from start to finish, including:
• Assisting with creative briefs
• Developing accurate estimates and timelines
• Supporting project kickoffs
• Coordinating client calls and internal meetings
• Maintaining budgets and status reports
• Supporting client media efforts by:
• Managing workflow for media placements
• Coordinating content and creative delivery to publishers
• Reviewing proofs and coordinating revisions as needed
• Ensuring clear, concise communication across internal teams and client partners
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with a variety of client contacts
• Staying attuned to marketing trends and best practices
• Supporting agency marketing and new business initiatives
• Assisting with client billing and day-to-day administrative needs

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, and/or project management
• Advertising or agency experience strongly preferred
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders
• Interest in growing within an agency environment

This role is intentionally developmental and offers a clear opportunity for growth. This is a hybrid role, 3 days onsite per week.
