A Media Account Supervisor serves as the primary client contact on select agency media accounts. This position requires hands-on media planning, buying, and general oversight of a large co-op program. It also requires a thorough understanding of account management within a full-service advertising agency. Ideal candidates have a minimum of seven years of experience. Co-op paid media management experience is required, experience specific to the destination marketing vertical is preferred. This position reports to the Vice President, Director of Media.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Directly manage client relationships on an intricate media account with multiple clients and stakeholders
- Possess a deep understanding of the business objectives and market dynamics of the destination marketing vertical
- Has a strong track record of selling in ideas and media plans to multiple clients with divergent needs
- Create client-facing reports and presentations
- Execute complex paid media buys across traditional and digital platforms
- Interact with the President, VP/Director of Media, and Account Director to strategize and problem client communication challenges
- Run external client meetings independently and maintain media project tracking for the larger internal team
