Overview:
eNGINE is hiring a Salesforce Developer to join a growing team based in Warrendale, PA. This hybrid role focuses on developing, enhancing, and supporting Salesforce applications within a sales and service environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with both Salesforce development and SQL programming, and will be comfortable collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain custom Salesforce applications, workflows, components, and integrations
• Write and optimize SQL queries and backend scripts to support Salesforce functionality
• Translate business needs into technical solutions by collaborating with internal stakeholders
• Maintain clear documentation and follow SDLC best practices
• Participate in Agile sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical design discussions
• Provide support for incident resolution and implement necessary enhancements
• Assist with code deployments and configuration across environments
• Offer mentorship to junior team members and participate in rotational on-call support

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong SQL programming experience
• Experience with additional programming languages (.NET, Java, JavaScript, C#, React) is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile methodology, version control (Azure DevOps, Git), and CI/CD practices
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across departments
• Experience in a sales-driven organization is highly preferred
