Job Description
Auxiliobits, a fast-growing leader in AI-driven automation and Agentic Process Automation (APA) services, is looking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the Pennsylvania region.
This role is ideal for someone who understands enterprise technology landscapes and can connect with C-level stakeholders to drive consultative sales of RPA, AI, and Hyperautomation services.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Prospecting: Identify and connect with mid-to-large enterprises in Pennsylvania across industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, and finance.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with decision-makers including CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, and Directors of Innovation/Automation.
Solution Pitching: Understand client pain points and pitch Auxiliobits’ services, including RPA, Intelligent Automation, Agentic AI, and custom automation accelerators.
Lead Management: Own the sales funnel—from lead generation to nurturing, qualification, proposal, and closure.
Collaboration: Work closely with the delivery and pre-sales teams to craft tailored automation solutions and PoCs.
Regional Strategy: Contribute to regional growth strategy, identify partnership opportunities, and gather competitive intelligence.
Sales Enablement: Maintain CRM hygiene, track KPIs, and report regularly on deal status and revenue forecasts.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales or business development, ideally in technology consulting or automation services.
Proven track record of closing mid to high-value enterprise deals.
Familiarity with RPA (e.g., UiPath), AI/ML, and cloud-based solutions is highly preferred.
Strong research and outreach skills—comfortable identifying, qualifying, and engaging leads from scratch.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven and highly organized with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Based in or with strong network access across Pennsylvania.
