We are seeking a Fractional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to support client-facing strategy, technical leadership, and solution framing. This role is ideal for a senior technology leader who enjoys advisory work, pre-sales conversations and shaping solutions.

Initial focus includes:

• Participating in high-level client discovery and capability discussions

• Articulating AI, automation, and RPA solutions in business-friendly terms

• Supporting credibility and trust with prospective enterprise clients

This is a fractional, flexible engagement with potential to evolve into an ongoing advisory role as client work expands.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Senior experience as a CTO, Head of Engineering, Principal Architect, or similar role

• Strong background in AI, automation, and/or RPA technologies

• Familiarity with platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or comparable tools

• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders

• Experience supporting pre-sales, discovery, or client advisory conversations

• Comfort operating in a fractional or consulting capacity

This role does not require hands-on development or full-time availability.
