Kurt J. Lesker Company (KJLC) is seeking a strategic and driven Production Control Manager with a passion for manufacturing excellence and a keen eye for details. This leader will play a critical role in aligning and optimizing our global manufacturing operations.
About the Role We are seeking a dynamic leader to unify key functions within our Manufacturing Division. As the Production Control Manager, you will oversee Project Management, Scheduling,Manufacturing Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. In this pivotal role, you will lead a high-performing team and drive process alignment, implement best practices, and champion operational excellence across our global sites. This position is central to our strategic initiative to integrate and streamline operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency throughout the organization.
Your Impact:
Manage and mentor a cross-functional team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Drive the standardization and alignment of processes across departments and global sites.
Identify, develop, and implement industry best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to achieve high levels of performance and quality.
Play a central role in the strategic initiative to integrate and streamline manufacturing operations
Other duties assigned
Qualifications:
At least 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or related field
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints
Project management qualification or equivalent experience
