Key Responsibilities
Sales Pipeline Development:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in RPA and automation services.
Build a robust sales pipeline by leveraging industry networks, market research, and lead generation strategies.
Qualify prospects, focusing on enterprise clients with automation needs.
Client Relationship Management:
Engage with decision-makers like CTOs, CIOs, and Operations Heads to understand their pain points and propose tailored solutions.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
Solution Selling:
Collaborate with technical teams to craft compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that address client needs.
Clearly articulate the value proposition of Auxiliobits' RPA and hyper-automation services.
Market Research and Strategy:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
Provide strategic inputs to refine Auxiliobits' go-to-market strategy.
Revenue Growth and Reporting:
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for RPA professional services.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecast reports in the CRM system.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
Experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in technology consulting or RPA services.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing enterprise clients.
Skills:
Strong understanding of RPA and hyper-automation technologies (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot for pipeline tracking and reporting.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs and align them with Auxiliobits' offerings.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. MBA preferred but not mandatory.
