Position Summary: The Human Resource Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and enhancing our workplace environment. This position involves a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a proactive and organized individual with a passion for people and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and addressing conflicts or issues promptly.
Performance Management:
Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
Coordinate performance reviews and provide support to managers in evaluating employee performance.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities for employees.
Organize and facilitate training sessions on various HR topics.
Compliance and Policy Management:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with best practices and company goals.
Benefits Administration:
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Assist employees with benefits enrollment and address any related questions or issues.
HR Reporting and Analytics:
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports on HR metrics and trends.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a Human Resource Generalist role, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
