Position Summary:
The Human Resource Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and enhancing our workplace environment. This position involves a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a proactive and organized individual with a passion for people and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and addressing conflicts or issues promptly.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
- Coordinate performance reviews and provide support to managers in evaluating employee performance.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities for employees.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions on various HR topics.
- Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with best practices and company goals.
- Benefits Administration:
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and address any related questions or issues.
- HR Reporting and Analytics:
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports on HR metrics and trends.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a Human Resource Generalist role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
