Description: Our client has an immediate need for a VoIP Technician, who will be responsible for Installing, configuring, and supporting an organization’s local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet system or a segment of a network systemRequirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Experience with IPC or Verint Call Recording systems Experience with system troubleshooting and problem resolution Strong understanding of telecommunication and VoIP systems Ability to identify, interpret, and evaluate system and network requirements Knowledge of networking computer hardware and software Exp
