Our client is looking for a Senior Recruiter in their Solutions and Corporate services group to support growth and help scale the organization in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Charlotte, Chicago, Cincinnati, Denver, Orlando, and Virginia Beach. The person will be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment of qualified candidates, as well as partnering with the Director of Corporate Recruitment to build out sustainable processes and develop a world-class talent acquisition function. This position is currently operating utilizing a hybrid model including a combination of remote and in office days.
Full lifecycle recruitment (researching, sourcing, scheduling, screening, closing) for multiple roles and teams across the organization.
Develop a pipeline of candidates that possess the required skills needed for our client, but that also embody their core values and have a passion for growing the organization.
Leverage the applicant tracking system as the system of record for all requirement and candidate activity.
Leverage various platforms on Social Media to help market the company.
Help drive long-term productive recruiting partnerships with all business units, including but not limited to, Human Resources, Marketing, and Legal.
Participate on “intake” calls to vet requirements and ensure the recruitment team possesses the appropriate information to identify and attract talent.
Properly negotiate with potential candidates so that they are hiring individuals within competitive salary bands.
Partner with the Director of Corporate Recruitment to drive best practices and bring industry insights to the forefront.
Comply with companies hiring standards and processes.
A Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, and where on-boarded resources have a direct impact on revenue
Experience working directly with internal leaders to understanding company culture, hiring processes, and compliance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to understand and convey complexity in a polished and professional manner and to capture the attention of busy, senior executives
Tenacity, tact, self-assurance, grit, and the ability to operate in a fast and complex environment
