Our client currently has an opening for a National Alliance Manager based in either Pittsburgh, Philly, DC, or Cincinnati.
As a National Alliance leader, the goal is to establish our client as “the go to” partner for the google Alliance. (Measured by how the company gets ranked by Google => goal to get to be #2 partner in North America by 2021)
Setup Executive Level Relationships between Alliance and the company
Setup Branch Relationships between Alliance reps and company Reps
Setup technology alignment between Alliance and the company
Manage the Alliance:
Results: Sales on Monthly Basis
KPI: Leads from both sides on Monthly Basis
Activity: Meetings each Week between company and Alliance
Annual Plan, quarterly plan and monthly plan
Joining client / prospect planning between Alliance and company at national level and branch level
In those locations where the company does not have a Branch Office or for any Clients not assigned to Sales Reps, Alliance Manager (and potentially rep(s) in the group) to directly sell.
10+ years of Experience with Alliance Business Partner models and Solutions sales in a Consulting and services Cloud (AWS, Google, Azure) and / or Managed services space.
Experience working with Google in a National Alliance Leadership role with key sales influencers to execute sales programs
Proven track record of success building strategic relationships across multiple leadership teams to expand Alliance awareness to achieving sales quota
A proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue objectives in complex solutions environment at Fortune 1000 and Mid Market clients.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Cross-functional influence, relationship building, and project management skills driving internal and external support for the alliance relationship
Strong business acumen and negotiation abilities – experience with contract negotiation
Previous experience working with Google a plus
People Management experience is highly desirable
Experience with structured sales methodologies in a team selling environment working with Alliance and Delivery leaders to lead full life cycle sales pursuits
Able to partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business.
Strong verbal, written communication, and listening skills; strong
Ideal candidate will have the ability to manage Executive level relationships (CIO's, Senior level Directors, and VP's).
Excellent collaboration and team-building skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
