Recording, handling and delegation of customer tickets (phone, email, ticket system)
Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Fulfillment
User and application support
Handling of routine tasks (User Management, Installation of Software etc.)
Skills: Excellent knowledge related to Microsoft Azure incl. Azure Active Directory, Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks and other Azure Services
Related certifications - a plus
Experience with Handling of Ticket System (ITSM-Tool) - a plus
Knowledge related to Microsoft 365 applications is beneficial
Professional Experience- Operating experience in Service Desk environments
IT Knowledge- IT Service Management processes (ITIL) - nice to have
Experience with 2nd level support operations is a must, 3rd level support experience - a plus
Language: Excellent English; German - a plus
Strong communication, team and customer skills
High motivation and work philosophy
Ability to work independently
Structured way of working; ability to analyze root cause of problems
