Chorus Call seeks an individual to process and maintain conference reservations.
setting up and managing conferences
using the reservation and passcode systems
working with satellite offices to coordinate high profile events
establishing a good rapport with customers
interacting well with other departments
handling customer service issues
participating in certain Operations Teams (ex. transcription team)
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technical discipline
good phone presence
excellent verbal/English skills
good interpersonal and organizational skills
2-3 years of professional work experience
A background in Teaching or Help Desk support is a plus
PC/Windows skills required; Microsoft applications, Internet, network/other technical skills preferred
Knowledge of a second language is preferred (i.e. Spanish)
